About Me

Many years ago after spending a lifetime on mountain bikes both as a hobby and racing I ventured into road bike territory to never look back, that said I still enjoy a good afternoon on the trails. After returning home from that trip to Malmesbury to collect my first Trek road bike for the princely sum of £50 I had the bug and haven’t got rid of it since. Over time cycling became a bigger and bigger passion and many bikes later I now own my beloved S-Works Roubaix and others. I get out most days of the week on my bike whether to train, race or ride with my club, race and ride sportives, follow the races on TV, go to as many Pro races that I can get to including an annual pilgrimage to Le Tour and the Belgian classics. I am secretary of a local club to get new cyclists into the sport, support and help others within cycling and generally just love cycling.

Alongside all of this my business Paul Ashman Cycling is there to help anyone with anything cycling related so for anything how small get in touch. I am a qualified British Cycling Level 2 coach as well as fully CRB cleared and First Aid qualified. The main part of the business is working with you ng children in the Swindon area helping them become better safer cyclists. This is done through individual, small group or larger group sessions as well after school clubs and holiday cycle camps.

Along with this love of cycling I can offer many other services and activities. From visits to youth groups, cub packs etc, giving talks to community groups, bike repairs and more these are just a couple of the many services I can offer.

Thank you for looking/commenting/subscribing to this site and I look forward to hearing from you in the future. Paul.
